Our culinary offering at the Hotel Solaia

Our passionate chef Michael creates contemporary menus featuring South Tyrolean specialities with a Mediterranean and international twist.

He and his team strive above all to ensure that guests feel comfortable at all times. The menus are tailored to reflect the seasons and it gives Michael huge pleasure to draw on South Tyrol's rich culinary heritage.

At certain times it is also possible to take part in cookery courses (on which guests learn how to make knödel (dumplings) and krapfen (doughnuts), for example).
