With us, the day starts with a delectable alpine “good morning experience”. Treat your palate to regional, organic natural products, delicious egg dishes, home-made jams and South Tirolean Alpine delicacies.

Enjoy tea and coffee, native natural juices or pure spring-water. From light and fruity dishes to sweet and salty treats, to hearty and high-calory foods – the choice is yours.

Early in the morning, your host family will anticipate your every wish while you enjoy your first cup of aromatic coffee.

The aromas of our cuisine are as varied as the nature you will see in South Tyrol. Chef Michael, a dedicated cook, creates intensely flavoursome Mediterranean antipasti, cold and warm regional South Tyrolean delicacies, and light vegetarian dishes for our guests.

Crisp fresh vegetables from our own garden, meat from regional farmers, and subtle mountain and wild herbs always play the main role in these.

Combined with a fine South Tirolean wine, this is a taste experience to make any gourmet’s heart beat a little faster.
