The aromas of our cuisine are as varied as the nature you will see in South Tyrol. Chef Michael, a dedicated cook, creates intensely flavoursome Mediterranean antipasti, cold and warm regional South Tyrolean delicacies, and light vegetarian dishes for our guests.
Crisp fresh vegetables from our own garden, meat from regional farmers, and subtle mountain and wild herbs always play the main role in these.
Combined with a fine South Tirolean wine, this is a taste experience to make any gourmet’s heart beat a little faster.

If you get a little hungry between meals, we will serve you selected Mediterranean-Alpine snacks that are regional specialities.
And if you are enticed by the smell of aromatic coffee, then you absolutely have to try the lovingly homemade cakes, or treat yourself to one of the delicious South Tirolean ice cream creations.
