Caprese – italienische und kulinarische Küche

Sensual pleasures that leave a lasting impression

The day begins with an enjoyable alpine “good morning experience” of local specialties, mainly from local producers.

The products have a strong regional reference, emphasizing freshness, quality and mountain and wild herbs.

Owner and boss Michael creates contemporary compositions with his kitchen team and can fulfil all culinary wishes, whether alpine South Tyrolean delicacies, Mediterranean specialties or vegetarian and light dishes. A true heaven for the gourmand.
The well-being of the guests always comes first for our chef. The many fine wines from the well-stocked wine cellar, served by boss Karin, are sure to delight.

“Food is a mere need. Enjoyment is a true art.”
(F. de La Fochefoucauld)

Culinary winter:

The half board selection tempts with creative fresh cuisine and a hint of a Mediterranean influence. Our chef Michael enthuses his guests with gourmand menus and diverse epicure buffets. There is also a small, sophisticated delicacy menu with snacks available all day long.

Food tastes best where the table is laid with love…

Culinary summer

In the summertime the Solaia’s guests enjoy a small and diverse delicacy menu with antipasti, cold regional South Tyrolean delights, snacks, aromatic desserts, speciality ice cream and coffees. The chef also surprises with hot seasonal daily specials. Daily from 6.30 pm – 7.30 pm.

In the “Solaia garden”, with a picturesque view of the Dolomites and a herb garden, everything tastes twice as good.
